This match making program is for anyone looking to connect with a peer in their current online class. This could be a personal connection or something to help you academically.
How can this help me?
When you are looking for clarification on a term or idea or a have a question about a requirement for an assignment, sometimes you just want to ask a friend. Often the only options available are to email your instructor or post the question in a class-wide discussion board which can be challenging for some people. Pick.Me pairs you with someone to create a more relaxing learning experience. You'll have the opportunity to connect, clarify, and collaborate.

The Process
Step 1: Create Your Profile
This is where you tell us about you! What are your interests? What are your experiences and skills? In what areas are you looking for support? What do you need from a learning partner?
Step 2: Matching
Our algorithms will compile and compare your results with your classmates to find your matches. Anyone who meets your criteria (and you meet theirs!) will be shown as your matches. It is up to you who, and how many, you choose to connect with.
Step 3: Connect with Your Matches
Now you know who you match with in your class, send them a message. Get to know one another to see if they are a good fit.
Step 3: Keep in Touch
Find a collaborative and meet-up tool that works for you and your partner(s). Stay in touch throughout your course, bounce ideas off each other, or work on an assignment together. The options are up to you!
